Fitting of supernovae without dark energy

چکیده

With data from Pantheon, we have at our disposal a sample of more than 1000 supernovae Ia covering wide range redshifts with good precision. Here, make fits to the corresponding Hubble–Lemaître diagram various cosmological models, intergalactic extinction, evolution luminosity supernovae, and redshift components due partially noncosmological factors. The are well fitted by Standard Model include dark energy, but there is degeneracy solutions several other variables. Therefore, SNe cannot be used alone infer existence accelerated expansion scenario energy. Within this degeneracy, models that give following alternative solutions: Einstein–de Sitter gray extinction [Formula: see text][Formula: text]Mpc[Formula: text]; linear law static Euclidean Static tired light absolute magnitude text] mag Gyr[Formula: Friedmann model text], tired-light redshifts/blueshift attenuation/enhancement (although requiring calibration incompatible local measurements).

Fitting Type Ia Supernovae with Coupled Dark Energy

We discuss the possible consistency of the recently discovered Type Ia supernovae at z > 1 with models in which dark energy is strongly coupled to a significant fraction of dark matter, and in which an (asymptotic) accelerated phase exists where dark matter and dark energy scale in the same way. Such a coupling has been suggested for a possible solution of the coincidence problem, and is also m...

Dark Energy Search with Supernovae

To determine the nature of dark energy from observational data, it is important that we use model-independent and optimal methods. We should probe dark energy using its density (allowed to be a free function of cosmic time) instead of its equation of state. We should minimize gravitational lensing effect on supernovae by flux-averaging. We need to include complementary data (for example, from t...

Supernovae, Lensed Cmb and Dark Energy

Supernova distance and primary CMB anisotropy measurements provide powerful probes of the dark energy evolution in a flat universe but degrade substantially once curvature is marginalized. We show that lensed CMB polarization power spectrum measurements, accessible to next generation ground based surveys such as SPTpol or QUIET, can remove the curvature degeneracy at a level sufficient for the ...

Fitting Galaxy Rotation Curves Without Dark Matter

The notion is presented that fitting galaxy rotation curves is possible without the invocation of dark matter. Equations of motion similar to those used to describe the internal motions of terrestrial weather systems are applied to the rotation curves of galaxies. However, due to the four-dimensional nature of the equations, additional terms arise. One of these additional terms is particularly ...

Importance of supernovae at zÌ1.5 to probe dark energy

The accelerating expansion of the universe suggests that an unknown component with strongly negative pressure, called dark energy, currently dominates the dynamics of the universe. Such a component makes up ;70% of the energy density of the universe yet has not been predicted by the standard model of particle physics. The best method for exploring the nature of this dark energy is to map the re...
